We are a small Utah breeder of the Chinese Imperial Dog, also commonly known as the "Imperial" Shih Tzu. We breed our Chinese Imperial Shih Tzu for beautiful flat faces, big bright eyes with no eye white, cute cobby bodies, superior health and temperament! Our Chinese Imperial puppies typically range from 4-9lbs. at adulthood, they are a perfect size to take with you everywhere!! If you suffer from allergies a Shih Tzu is very allergy friendly, my husband has allergies and has never had any problems with our dogs. These gorgeous tiny Shih Tzu are often called a number of things inluding: toy Shih Tzu, miniature Shih Tzu, teacup Shih Tzu, imperial Shih Tzu, Chinese Imperial Dog, and purse puppies. Since we are a small breeder we only have a couple of litters available each year, all our Imperial Puppies are "kitchen raised" and handled daily by our 4 year old son, 5 year old daughter, and occasionally drooled on by our 6 month old son, lol. Our Imperial Shih Tzu adults and puppies are groomed frequently and accustomed to having their toenails trimmed, ears cleaned, and having their coat brushed and trimmed which will make it a lot easier for you to properly groom your new Chinese Imperial Dog when it comes home to you! We have had many compliments from visitors on how well socialized, friendly, beautiful, and happy our Imperial Shih Tzu family is.
